Is US$500 a good price for the Z600 (or even fine)?
or is it too much to buy?

No. But when the T300 first came out, i payed £220. Now i can get it for £50, so a Z600 for an extra 30 quid brand new for a fone which is technologically better than the T300. Its a decent price.
