ive haqd this problem for ages now, my p800 screen is colourless no picture! but there is sound and i can make and recieve calls, i even contacted sony they cant help, im seriously ripping my hair out! i ahvnt even banged it or knocked it, it just went blank in my hand HELP! PLZ!

@j0e it's quet logical that you didn't get service from Sony, because the phone is made by Sony Ericsson.
Go to your country site of Sony Ericsson @
www.sonyericsson.com.
Click on the 'support tab' and then go to the 'dealer locator tab', here you can fill out your address so you can find the nearest service centre.
Contact them by phone and ask if they can help you.
If this doesn't work for you (not every country has this option), try to find the 'contact us' option.
Here you can send a e-mail with your problem.
