I have re-installed the driver and the PC Suite software and rebooted a few times - what's going on? It just says "not connected"???

The cradle light is on and I have tried an alternative USB port... but the problem persists.

Also, The COM3 port is set to "enabled".

All suggestions are greatly appreciated by me.

hi i had the same problem!
the cause was norton anti virus

i found if i disable all virus software then the sync station works fine

hope this solves your problem too

If you install the p900 suite over the p800 suite make sure you right click the connection icon and select change phone!
