Hi
I got O2 pay as you go gprs settings sent to my T68I after reciving the settings it gives me a incorrect APN when connecting when checking the apn Its set to "wap.o2.co.uk" thats for o2 contract users so I change it to "payandgo.o2.co.uk" and it works fine now my problem is if I turn off the phone and turn it back on its reset back to "wap.o2.co.uk" is there any way to make it save because I have to put in the apn everytime I turn off the phone
The second thing I can connect my laptop to the internet with the Infrared port with a normal dial up Isp but it costs my by the minute , is it posible to connect the laptop to O2 GPRS to access the internet ??
Thanks

To use the full internet on your laptop with o2 you will have to have a GPRS DATA subscription. Call or email or go into one of their shops to set this up. O2 Gprs DATA is different to your current GPRS WAP.

bhang also thanks I found if I delete my settings and restart the phone they come back (CID=1) so I probably do need a code to save them

Here is the global support page for the T68i where you can download a manual in PDF format.

I have no problems sending and receiving emails using *99**1# and my normal GPRS WAP account on O2-UK. But you do need a GPRS DATA account to browse the WWW. Only available on contract though.
