I'm currently using a Z200. I've noticed that when you press the following keys... "GHI", "1", "JKL", "JKL" with T9 on... you get...
"I.ll" and not "I'll" (the way it should be). So I thought that this is the way

has designed it.
Yesterday, a friend purchased the T230 and I was checking the phone. To my surprise, the very same keys presses with T9 on gives you "I'll" and not "I.ll". Seems very strange that

uses different imeplementations of T9 in different phones.
Its understandable that the Z200 being a fashion phone will not have some features... but EVEN AN INFERIOR T9 compared to a T230 ???
I guess the guys at

are equating "fashon" to "moron".
Now I'm complaining...

@sony_eric@
It has Mophun but you can't add new games.
...Well, fashion never comes cheap. You pay either in cash or, in this case, you pay by looking like a moron...

@ac, have you thought of the possibillity that "I.ll" could be in the "My words" option, on the phone you tried, for example my P900 will do "I'll" in three press's ("GHI", "1", "JKL") simply because i put the word in my list, go back to that phone remove the word "i.ll" from the list & try again.
Note,
To cancel a word that you dont want to come up as an option on a P9 you go to write an SMS, hit "options" button, go to "Text options" then "My words" then select the word you want removed & hit the "C" button.
For other phones i cant give the menu journey. Sorry.

on the z600 you select "More" from within a new text message (i.e. while composing), then scroll down to and select "My Words". you should then be able to edit the list, as long as it's the same on the z200.

@pachy:
There are no entries in the "My Words" section. It seems that the version of T9 itself is diffferent or at least limited.

I dont see the t9 as a problem cuz you can add new words to the wordlist.

On different se phones the hash button inserts spaces and the one button adds symbols and others it is the other way around.
