I was using my t310 without having any problems for 8 months. Yesterday my charger stoped working, I tried other chargers , they worked. I went to a service center told them to change it. They said the charger is not original. Is that possible??? It came with the box , It was packed and new!..

They'll look if it is original or not and call me tomorrow

But I needed the phone tonight , why they didnt just changed it?

I just came home with a new one My old charger was a bit different from the new one. New one has smaller letters on it and it's made in China. Maybe that's why they thought that It was not original... They said they were sorry about the mistake and they gave a new one But i needed the phone yesterday night. I walked around with a huge p800 in my pocket ..
