My T610 is made in malaysia and it weighs heavier than the made in china T610 of my friend.

It it normal ?

Another little detail :
my battery is made in japan and finished in sweden,
my friend's battery is finished in hungary (don't remember where it's made)

How exactly should weigh a T610 (yours for example) ?

Check the weight of the batteries individually. Chances are the difference in weight lies in the battery.
