hi id like to completely return my P800 to just-out-of-the-shop condition software wise. i tried a master reset but i still only have 9.2 mb internal memory and when i installed file manager loads of application folders are still there. any ideas?

Try formatting the c: drive using the service menu. The sequence for this is:
turn jog dial up ,*,down, down,*,down,*
