Can anyone advise me on how do I change the CID position of my 'Data Accounts' ? I need to swap configuration of CID=1 with the one in CID=4.

TQ

No, you can't change the CID. You have to edit the two accounts or remove them and then define them in order. This message was posted from a R520

what do you need to change the CID number for? is it for gprs access for a pda or laptop?

if it is, just enter *99***(CID No)# to connect via whichever data account you want. no need to rearrange CID's.

hope it works for you.

I am trying to run WLirc or cMessenger, but they seems to require CID1, for my net-gprs access. By default, it is set to Vodafone, but this is not my real provider.

I cannot modify, delete or edit CID1. What should i do ?

Thx in advance.

i guess the best thing would be to find someone who could re-flash your phone's firmware with an unbranded version so that you could input all you settings as you please. try asking your local SE service center if they could do that for you.
