Hi all,
I'm new to all this, so any advice will be much appreciated.
I have just received my p900 from CPW on the YP1000 tariff and called up orange to lower the tariff to £10/month HSD. They said this was fine and there is no minimum time to stay on the £95/month from their side, but stated CPW may charge me. I looked at the receipt and there is a new clause 3.7 which is not mentioned anywhere else on their brochures etc. I'm not sure whether to risk it, or return the phone to CPW. Has anybody been charged a clawback from CPW under this new clause??
Any thoughts??
