Hi guys,

I have this really wierd SMS problem on my P900 where when i try to send an SMS i repeatedly get up this pop-up window which asks me to setup the service centre number in the control panel under the messaging tab. Ok funny thing is that the service centre number is already there and i have never changed it. This problem only started since the past 2 days after i started using the Desktop Message.

I did a master reset and evrything seemed to work fine. But once i restored my old backup the same problem came up. Anyone have any ideas as to wot it cud be?

Cheers,
Doc.

I cant beleive it, I just got the same problem just now! So im going to uninstall desktop message.. But I think the damage has been done.. Too late to make a backup because im sure desktop message has corrupted our SMS file system.. Does anyone know which one is it so I can open an old backup and replace it with such?

Heres whats happening to mine:
1.) I can no longer send sms through my phone since I get the enter the service center number message even if the service center number is already there.
2.) When I recieve a message I get them twice and I can delete them through the phone.
3.) I can send SMS using the Desktop message application on my PC
4.) Ican also delete the messages using the Desktop message application on my PC!

Grrrrr! PLease help anyone before I reinstall everything!

Update the phone, the update must restore any broken file system.

The free space you see is the space where you can store datas.
But it ins't the free ram.
Try to install sman (freeware) or switcher (freeware) to browse and kill
open appz.
With Sman you can configure auto kill when flip is closed.
