he's on tmobile mix it and he cant use his wap what does he do, he tried the sonyericsson website settings they didnt help. can you help

Dial 150, get through to a (human!) operator and get them to SMS the TMobile wap settings over? The phone should have the correct setings anyway, but that's not always the case...

I had the same problem with Orange when I first got my T610 and GPRS didn't work, they re-sent the settings and it's been fine ever since.

My advice would be to contact t mobile and ask them to resend the settings to the phone. I had the same problem with 02 when i got this handset ages ago. This message was posted from a T300
