Need your suggestions here. Got a P900 last month. Today, after turning it on, all of a sudden, I could only make Emergency Calls only. Tried my SIM on a different phone and works properly. Has anyone experienced this?

Could the phone have been blocked? If you bought it from a shop, get in touch with them. If you bought it from EBay or from a private seller, they may have reported it stolen and the phone has been blocked - you have been had

Is it a warrantied P900? Bring it to
service solutions in Makati, they'll sort the problem for you. Though, you may have to wait until Jan. 5 because of the holidays.

Yeh, ive got a p800 and it happens to me all the time. There was a post somewhere that explained it in detail, i dont think there was a way of gettin rid of it, it was something to do with there being no reception, i find if u restart the phone, it works again.

It just happened to me a while ago. There's a signal, but it displays Network Error. I resolved it by turning the phone off, removing the battery and reseating the sim. After turning it on again, it works fine again.

I had a similar problem. When I switched the phone off and on, I also got a Network error message. It turns out that I have an old sim card which probably was starting to become faulty. It was kind of weird because my sim card worked in my friend's phone. Anyway, got my self a new free simcard from optus dealer and activated it and now my phone is good as gold!
