I tried getting this theme moblie9 but every time i download it and go to open it it says item cannot be opened. Can any of you help?

OK, thing is as follows. When making the theme, whoever made it ignored a few warning signs on TCP.

Basically the theme has a few colour conflicts which the phone will not allow and therefore the file is corrupt.

The 'exclamation marks' are spots where the Theme Creator indicates a problem. A simple change of the background colour (= the colour the window would be if there was no picture) has solved it.
