Always wondered if you can add message alerts in the SE Z600 or T610. Anyone done this yet?

hardly a week goes by without someone asking this but unfortunately what you see is what you get, so you cannot add your own message alerts.

this is mentioned in the Answers to the most common questions on Esato Forums (FAQ style) which has some other things that might interest you

maybe it's because i'm new here, so i have a bit more patience, but it's getting pretty boring too seeing the reply to any question being "Do a search"

but then i can also imagine how annoying it is to keep getting the same questions again and again. especially for a simple question like this. so i'll also suggest you do a search next time.

@Ryan: It`s not that`s boring but me, for example, i am on wap or xhtml all the time rather than PC and i can`t post the link to the sticky in the GEneral whrere they can have all their answers...i am a bit frustrated as i consider they don`t look for their answers AT ALL,just poping 'em up but...it`s been discussed here over and over.I help as fast and as much as i can

If you were to type "Sony Ericsson Message Alerts" into an Internet search engine it is likely that you will find an appropriate site.

well, you should reply to them and ask them how to do it

edit: unless perhaps its added into the latest firmware which I don't have yet, but others who have the latest have not commented that its now possible
