I was able to get the chance to go 'celfone-shopping' in a celfone market near my place - Metropolis, Alabang. I was surprised and shocked as well when I get the chance to see SE T68i displayed in their cabinets in 'BULK' !!! It has been a common knowledge to almost all celfone aficionados here that some of Nokia's old fones were already manufactured in Hong Kong and Taiwan and being sold here in bulk - we call those 'RECONDITIONED" fones, some were already used and being sold again. Such models were the Nokia 8210, 8250 and 6510. I asked a saleslady about the T68i being sold as 'reconditioned' and she responded, YES!, we are selling them for about 3 months hence at Php 6,200 (cheapest), roughly around US$ 112.00 - complete with box, manuals, charger and cd-roms. They say that the parts are all original, only the labor were manufactured locally - in Manila. What will they just think of next ??? The SE P800 ??? What's your take on this matter mates . . .
