Hi Everyone,

Just recieved my new T610 yesterday and have been having fun playing with it.

However there are 2 things which I can not seem to find when using the phone.

1. When sending an SMS, the date and time the SMS was sent is not displayed, as it is when recieving a message. Is there anyway I can activate this feature??? I am on a network which does not support the status delivery reports provided by the handset, and at times it is really handy to know what time a txt was sent to someone, just in case it was not delivered by system and you need to do a follow up.

2. In the call list, is there anyway to make the calls retain the time that a call was made, i.e made a call yesterday and the time of call is show, but once the phone trips onto another date only the date is shown for the call??

Hope someone can shed light on this for me, cause its only a small gripe with what is an excellent phone, but they are really useful features which I want, and have existed on everyphone I ever owned apart from this.

I'm hoping its me being absent minded and not seeing the obvious

Thanks for any help

Minimos

1. I don't think there is a way to view the sent time of an SMS

2. The only way known is to change the phone date to the date of the call and then you will see the time instead of the date.

not very satisfactory but thats the way it is unfortunately

Thanks for your swift reply.

Its typical the call list one I could learn to live with but the SMS is a real pain.

Anyone else know if it is possible??

Thanks

I am on O2-UK. They do not support SMS Delivery Reports. If you want a delivery report on O2 you have to input *0# at the beginning of your text. Don't know if this applies to other network operators though? Hope this helps... This message was posted from a T610
