When I download mail into my P800, a copy of it stays on the server (so far so good). BUT when I delete mail from the P800, the corresponding mail gets deleted from the server. Is there a way to stop this from happening??
Actually I'm in a situtaion where I WANT a copy of the mail that I download on, and delete from my P800 TO STAY ON THE SERVER AS WELL. I am not able to locate such an option in any of the menus.

If you use Outlook or Outlook Express go to Tools > Accounts > Properties > Advanced and tick the Leave messages on server box. You can choose how many days to leave them on the server.

do not delete the mail from your phone until you have downloaded it from your computer, otherwise the next time you check your mail from the phone, it will delete it from the server.

Don't think you can. I just leave the messages in the phone. When you have used outlook on the PC the phone will delete them the next time. Not ideal but only method I'm afraid.
