perhaps you don't have auto logon for my-symbian, so log into my-symbian first then paste that link into the browser.
It does work because I just tried it again
edit: or just log in and go to the "Symbian OS UIQ devices" forum where you will see it right away with the same thread title as this one

I got that first time i clicked the link but i now have the games pack on my phone after several restarts during the install, thanks for that @Masseur, i had not looked on My-symbian recently, would have missed it.
