This doesnt concern/include everyone,..but you might wanna read it anyway

Its basically about the T68m/i issue.

I'm using a lot of the features in the T68i,..and I have to admit that I havent found any "specific" bugs.

Some people seem to keep on writing that the i-model has a "lot" of bugs, hehe. I cant really figure out where people find these "bugs"/problems.
Maybe some just "want it" to have problems,..hmmm, just wondering

Another funny thing is,..its usually people that doesnt actually HAVE the i-model,..that keeps saying that it has all these "problems". Where DO they get their information ? hehe
Could it possibly have anything to do with the fact that they dont like the i-model,..but love the m ?
Dont get me wrong, I too like the m-model. But I dont see it as the best thing that ever happened to mankind

Yes,..some have problems, some had their phones replaced. Some was faulty,..but FAR from all !
One also have to remember that phones also depends on networks,..they can be faulty,..and flash-upgrades can "miss-fire". But certaintly that aint a "phone-problem".

Does/did people have fewer problems with the T68m ?
I use both phones,..so I could easily answer that question

From what I've seen,...one or two persons write that they have a network-problem with their T68i,..that is "magically" translated into this sentence : "the T68i has a lot of problems".

Hmmm, See what I mean ? I think you all do

I use both phones,..and I like them both, and I dont see them as competitors,..but some do ! And some just "love" to see the T68i having problems....that it actually doesnt even have !
Reason ; well it makes them feel better with their own m-model.

Why not see the m and the i as they really are : two very good equal phones. Thats the way I see them.

This topic is by no means a "flame-war start-up" or pointing fingers,..just meant as a "reminder",..and I felt like I had to tell this to you guys & girls

I dont have a T68i, its only just out in the UK, so I will wait a while before I try to get one, because there doesnt seem to be many about yet. Or I might just get my T68m upgraded when the MMS software becomes available here. Anyway, I haven't had any problems with my T68m. Its been a very reliable phone, it's switched itself off a couple of times when I'm using WAP (which I do quite alot), but I think most WAP phones I have owned have done this (I think its probably a network/server error more than the phone/software). Cant complain at all, I'm very hapy with my phone, and have just as high expectations of the T68i.

Hmm, wouldnt really know about the P-800. I know that I most likely will be testing it, before it goes on sale. But I dont know when this will happen.

The only delay I heard about was the 7650 from Nokia,..that should be around August. I'll be testing this one too I believe.

I agree, T68i is by far the BEST phone ever!!! I've had four now (sold three and have one left for me), but I used all of them and they're all perfect.... I do think that maybe some of the people just have "new" features in their T68i and want to know if that is normal and if other users have the same...

Question: Is it normal that when you are in the menu somewhere and you press "No" several times to go back, that the screen keeps the picture of the original picture for a sec before going to the previous screen? I don't know if you guys understand what I mean...

You press the No button and the screen changes, but you can, for a split second, still see the previous screen...

Thanks

Enjoy your phone!

I feel that I have to reply to this message!

I have had some problems with the T68i. I only post my problems here because I want to know if it is only my phone or the software version that I got! I use TDC as SP in Denmark. TDC is the oldest and most respected SP in Denmark (and probably also the most expensive SP)!

I am not saying that the T68(i) sux! It is the best phone I know. But I never had these problems with my old Siemens M35!
I think people should write about their problems! Especially because the phone is so expensive!
People should complain if they are not satisfied!

I personally do not like the look of the T68m. I think it looks like a spoon or a shovel or a kids toy. And the silver Yes/No buttons really look like plastic!

I can not help feeling that you (jh67) get paid for always saying nice things about SonyEricsson phones! You simply sound too nice! Kinda like Brandon from BennyHills 90210!
