Just got a P900 and noticed that it can play .mp4 files.

I've ordered a 128mb DUO for it and have been playing around ripping some dvds to view on it, while on the bus etc...

Now I've got the resolution for a widescreen film set to 320x128, which seems to fit nicely on full screen, and the fps set to 15, however I'm a little confused about 'key frames' and the kps for both audio and video.

Can anybody shed some light on these areas?

What are you using for your mp4 files?

Thanks in advance

Richard

These are the best settings for P900, dixit the makers of mpegable:
I tried it and they are right. It looks great.
(Ofcours you have to use Mpegable,but it's a great(greatest program,worth buying)

-192x144
-119kb/s till 128 kb/s(Video) ,(You have to see that everything is smooth)
-Audio 22khz 22kb/s
-25 fps
-constant bitrate
-very smoothing
-encoding :high quality
-MPEG GOV 100 frames
First you take "P8OO settings" apply , and make all the above changes.
It works fine also the sound
