Im sure this has already been posted somewhere but i cant find the answer. When i sign in to agile messenger none of my contacts are online and not all of them show up on the screen. So basically it doesnt work at all. N e ideas? thanks

Are your accounts active when you open up Agile messenger...I know there is a slight format problem on the P900 and I have emailed Agile few days ago it there is a remedy coming...but no answer yet...
Can not think what our problem is though....
There is an option to hide all off line contacts....has that been selected???

hi i am using a p800 sorry if i didnt mention that. That box about offline contacts has been un ticked and now i have no contacts at all. (but when im on the pc msn i have contacts online :S)

i am having the same problem but not always.i realised that when this problem occur my status icon on the bottom left has an X mark even if i set my status as online.
Weird it must be a bug with the app
