ok, i know theirs loads of threads on this - i convert mp3s to wav - but i like my tones 2 be high quality so i end up having a 3 meg 40 sec wav
why cant someone port over the p900 tone code or make a program that lets u use mp3 as a ringtone on p800
i mean - u can use your p800 as a remote for your tv... browse the net and write messages on the screen - but u cant have mp3s as a ringtone... WTF!

I agree with you! i know it is impossible to do this from p800 but do somebody have any software like the "Phillip Camcorder" that allow us p800 user to use something p900 can that p800 can't.

MP3s require more proecssing power than WAVs so when a call comes the p800 would struggle to play a Mp3 cleanly and do all the other phone function stuff
the p900s dual processor cleans up a bit and allows mp3 play back for calls.
