> Big floating clock T68i, SMS and missed calls
Bookmark topic
A suggestion for SE engineers: why not reproduce on one or both of the sides of the big floating clock the icons of an envelope if an SMS (MMS) was received and a phone for a missed call.
They could be b&w and floating as the clock. Just to see SMS and calls without disable keylock...

great idea... althoug i think the time of presents are all but over... i think the engineers will only concentrate on serious bugs and getting the p800/z700 software ready from now on since us t68m guys will be getting all the goodies soon...

I think it would be cooler if they added another color to the led.
Right now it blinks green if it got contact with the net
and red if it got contact with net and battery is low.
How about blinking yellow or something if you got a sms/mail/lostcall.
That would be very easy too see w/o turning on the backlight.
Or trying to see whats on the display when the backlight is off.
Wouldnt take any more power either since the led is already always blinking.

Why not make the LED blink fast if you've missed a call or an sms? That's a feature I really miss from my previous Ericsson phones. Now it just blinks fast for a little while (about 10 seconds).

yes..it would not look as cool, but it's more realistic
they could add that to the current software w/o a problem
led color would need new hardware so not so realistic.
So... faster flashing led prolly is best suggestion.
