Hello,
can i start by askin who else is totally dicked off with o2 customer services. 20 mins in a queue only to be given no help whatsoever. "try calling back in a couple of days"
Anyway I am looking for advice on how to sign up for account managment online. I have been waiting ages for my account password, is there any number you can call to chase this up???

I registered for 02 account management almost a month ago and so far no email and I am not able to log in. I called the customer services and they weren't of any use they said they have some problems with the system and are working on it.

Send them an e-mail and in the subject line put " Get it right"
