There is a 'leaked' version of the Sony Ericsson Theme Editor (v1.4) which has support for P900 themes, however it is very prone to crashing hence the latest releases of the SE Theme Editor (V1.9) does not support the P900.
So yes there's a theme editor but its not an official release, prone to crashing and the colours are often not indicitive of the finished result.
