> T610 and Handango

Me and my husband have had no luck getting games to our phones from Handango.
We purchase them with our credit card and get sent the text message, but when they arrive we go to the url and it says "thanks for your purchase".
We then click on "more" and "download" and nothing happens!
We have tried this with several games on different phones and still no luck.
Has anyone else been successful?
I have also tried going back to the handango "my orders" page and clicking on download again but they never send another text message.

I suggest that:
Firstly, you wait a day or two. I once ordered VRally 2 for T610 from a different site and it took well over 36 hours to arrive on my phone.
Secondly, Email or phone the website's customer support.
Never used this site myself but it sounds very inefficient to say the least. I'd try another site
