Hi ..
I just got me a P900 ..
LOVE the phone but..
I must say .. the 32mb card was way to small...
I did a search here for info about the largest size the P900 could use..
Found so many messages about it.. and so many different answers..
So forgive me.. I must ask ..
What is the biggest card.. and have anyone tryed a larger one then 128mb in the P800 or P900 .. ??
Thx and Best regards .. Carlis

The largest compatable memory card is a 128Mb Memory Stick Duo. There are larger capacity Pro Duo cards, however these are not compatable (currently).
I just bought a 128 card, so expect 4gig cards for pittence within a few days!

The largest memory card the phone can address is 128MB. Period. This is an inherent limitation in the old Memory Stick technology: it simply cannot go past 128MB. The Memory Stick Pro was invented in part to get past this limitation, but the phone cannot use a Memory Stick Pro.
That said, there is in fact such a thing as a 256MB Memory Stick Duo: see, for example, the SanDisk SDMSD-256-768. The catch is that this is
not a "real" 256MB card. It's two 128MB cards in a single stick, with a switch that changes between them. If you want to access the other 128MB you have to take the card out, flip the switch and put it back in. It's two completely separate 128MB memory banks.
Incidentally, any 256MB "Memory Stick Duo" will by definition be the kind with a switch, as a "Memory Stick Duo" cannot address 256MB. If it could, it would be a Memory Stick Duo Pro.

@Pereg-
Sorry to burst your bubble m8 again m8 but once again your are incorrect. The product # that you alluded to does not refer to a "DUO". Simply a mistype of the description by the vendors. Sandisk does NOT recognize that part # as a "DUO". Simple reason why: IT DOES NOT EXISTS. DUO selects (of any size)are not in are not available for resell. There were some pretty nice threads which thoroughly beat this topic to death. Moreover, it exposed that several vendors have made advertisment blunders when describing memory sticks.
BTW: It doesn't matter how long one's had a P900 because it doesn't necessarily qualify them as being knowlegable on memory stick technology. A sales rep with no engineering background never truly has the technical knowlege of an engineer in almost any industry. They know just enough to gain your confidence that they are extremely knowledgable about their products. I've had my P900 for more then 3 months now and I've talked to customer reps from the SE customer service department (USA) that's asked me some technical questions about the P900 when they've had dev phones to play with longer then I have. Case and point about how knowledge in a product is not necessarily available to all employees of that company.
This image of the device pictured below is not available in the "DUO" size. Now that's fact:
