Has anyone with a P900 successfully synced their contacts with Mobical.net ?
I read somewhere in the forum on their pages that you cannot sync when you have pictures added to contacts - anyone who can confirm this?
I get error every time. Will try with my T630 when I come home to see if it works better.

I successfully did it this morning.
You have to use the beta server not the syncproxy
even contact with images are synched w/o problems.
Unfortunately not all the fields I need are on the remote server.

here you are my friend:
All the settings (P800-P900) to change are under Menu » Tools » Remote Sync
Step 1 Menu » Edit » Preferences »
Server address:
http://www.mobical.net/cgi-bin/beta
Username: Your registered username on Mobical.net
Password: Your registered password on Mobical.net (you can check it doing a logon with your pc browser)
Click on Done
Step 2 Main menu » Contact »
Enable task: Checked
Server database: Contacts
Click on Done
Step 3 Main menu » Calendar »
Enable task: Checked
Server database: Calendar
Click on Done
Start your Synchronization with the Sync » button
That's all
It's working again since this morning.
I userd GPRS connection from italy using VODAFONE and TIM sim
Bye
hold on a seconds gents:
when I say contact with images synched successfully, I only mean that the synchronizing process ended up with success.
Please remind that images are not supported and transferred from P800/P900 to the SyncML server, as far as per my understanding.
Please see the posts on the Mobical forum about this.
It's my opinion thaty this service is nice becouse it's free, but is not a complete solution for all you "saving data" problems, especially becouse it is not synching all the fields you have in your contacts.
so it's good if you have only name, and a couple of numbers, but doesn't work if you have two mobiles # two emails, two office address and so on...
if you find a different solution on the net please let me know?
I'd rather prefer to pay for a good service, with fully use of the syncML capabilities of my babies (p800 and p900)
Regards
