> Nokia 3200, two questions
Bookmark topic
Hi, as the topic says,
1) Does a Nokia 3200 sold in Sweden comes with a handsfree for the radio, or do I need to buy one separat?
2) Will I be able to both send pictures from the phone and use Nokia PC Suite if I buy one of those tiny IrDa adaptors? I was thinking of one of those who plugs into the USB port on the computer, and looks almost like an USB-memory.
Thanks

I bought the 3200 the other day. It came with a HF but it was a mono HF, not the stereo version. But I'm still a happy camper, really like the phone

Does anyone know how can I play a full length midi file on nokia 3200?
The midi file was created using Nokia Sound Converter Suite 5.64.
I emailed the midi file as an attachment to my phone then save it to
gallery folders.
When I attempt to play the midi file.. It says "unable to open file."
Now the annoying thing was when I transfered it to nokia 3650. It seemlessly played that midi file. It is about 25K in size.
Another question is how can I transfer my nokia 3200 images to my pc
using IR port. Whenever I am transferring my files through IR port, the IR application easily recognized the phone as "nokia 3200 etc..." but transferring will be interrupted after a few moments.
Does anyone know a tools or procedures?
Please help.... Thanks!

Anyone know where can I download nokia fashion phone driver for windows 98. I need it because whenever I am pointing my nokia 3200 phone on IR port of my PC. The computer will display other device found and will look for fashion phone driver.

I think that the two phones have 24bit polyphony and not 16bit.

I had a Nokia 3200 for a little while, and bought an IrDa adapter to try to transfer images/ringtones between the phone and the PC. I had the same problem - they wouldn't communicate! No matter what I tried, it wouldn't connect properly. The computer would see it, but kept throwing up error messages whenever I tried to transfer anything.
I think this has something to do with Nokia's use of the infra red port, I think they 'crippled' it like they did with Bluetooth, the phone would only talk to other Nokias only over the IrDa. I couldn't get the adapter to talk to an 8310 I had either, it may be better to spend the money on a DKU-5 (I think that's the code!) cable instead.
