Hiya,
ive got xp and had the p900 installed on it no problem, just reformated the hard drive and done a clean install of xp and now when i installed the fone softwere it shows its connected in the link box, but doesnt connect right cos in My P900 says it aint connected and hasnt found a fone....
Any Help will be Thankfull

Yes i did it has found the usb divice and says when i put the fone on it is connected, but dont seem 2 connect wiv My P900 and no fone found, i spoke 2 SE and they said its cos of a program blockin the connection, aint got any cos reformated so am stuck.....

Yes as it opens a port on the computer NPF (Norton Personnal Firewall)blocks it and ask what to do, what I remmeber is that you get a message that "a remote system is trying to establish a connection to this computer" or something like that

Try to change of USB port, on 2 motherboard ( ABIT and ASUS -> the one I have now ) I got problems with the usb for some reason one of them doesn't seem to like my WiFI adapter, I changed and it works on another one. So give it a try
