This is getting out of hand. It apparently seems that members on Esato either don’t know how to use a forum or have been mislead by others into thinking that it’s ok to create several post within a 48hr period that all discusses to the SAME TOPIC. The search button DOES WORK on Esato so please use it. It doesn’t seem like the Mods have done a very good job at re-iterating the importance of this function.
At any rate, the manuf# refers to a product that is NOT compatible with Pxxx phones. You my friend have been mislead by Esato members that have been caught in the web of false advertisements. They assume that memory stick vendor’s descriptions of certain products must be correct even though they may see discrepancies between what they report. Therefore, these members feel that their research stops there because these resellers must be right. When you want to get information on this board try using the “search” button first. In addition, get your info from the goats mouth. Meaning follow-up with the actual manufacturer. Don’t take the word of some schmo company whose primary objective is to simply resell products. Again, I’d like to re-iterate my point about sales/marketing reps. There is a slight chance they may not truly understand the product they sell. They just do a very good job at convincing you they do. I already caught 3 vendors concerning this specific issue and they have since changed their advertisements shortly after I challenged them to validate their product description claim. I hope that helps you figure out how to get about understanding what to believe and what to discredit.
