i use AED, and its simple, complete and pretty quick with lots of info, although its 6mb, the sis file comes in a set of 3 inorder for easier installation.

I use AED. Likely the same word base (wordnet) as Slovo, the interface of AED is more appealing to me.
Mobipocket has an Oxford dictionary.

For $20 I got the Oxford Pocket dictionary and Thesaurus from www.mobipocket.com Very useful as it is integrated with eBook reader and allows me to look-up the definitions of words.
