Ive had my t610 since august, my friend jamie got his in october. i understand that his phone has an upgraded firmware, which makes such a difference, but now my other friends dan and holly have t610's. Why do they both have loudspeakers? How can i get one? any help is much appreiciated.

well this can be done on the old firmware as well. record the sound, go to messagin>picture>add sound>add the recording>preview
and it will play it out loud.
about the different types, there is old firmware and new firmware and this is one of the very few change which we actually notice.

I'm still on R1A.. Original and best.. NOT.
If there was a service centre within a 2 hour drive, i'd get it upgraded. But because there isnt, I have to put up with the old firmware. I'm not sending my phone away for 10 days or whatever it is!
