> cant format memory stick

i got a 16 mb memory stick the one tht originally comes with the phone got a p800 but when i go to control panel format disk and try to format the Driver all it says is in Use tried it even after restarting but it says the same..there is no option like for formatting it using pc suite or soemthin dont tell me to use card reader or something coz havent got one.anyone just tell me how to format the duo from the phone or computer.
