hate to say but the msg limit on p800 is 160 character only..my sister got a 2100 from nokia and sh can write more then 300 character in one msg.is there a way by which i can send more then 160+ characters in one msg or is there a concatenation option in p800 it is there in nokia 9210i so just wondering.

Write chain msg, of course u have 2 pay every single msg, dont know how much msg u can claim in p800, normally 6 pieces as i know. 2 tell d truth never heard that 1 msg may contain mord than 160 characters. Could it b poss at nokia its a kind of chain msg too and your sister pays actually 2 msg instead of 1? Reg

one sms can contain 160 characters, no more, whatever the phone, you have to activate "long message" option to have more than 160 char
example: you write a 354 char message, you will send in total 3 message ( 160 + 160 + 34 so 3 sms ) if the phone of the one who receive the message support also "long messages" it will show up as one sms but if it doesn't support the persone will receive the 3 sms

aright how do i turn on the chain msg option i dont care if it charges me for more msg all i need is tht it gets their as one msg abt the other side i will try sending a msg more then 160 character and then see if it recieves as one or no.what r the settings for chain message.
