Woke up this morning, and my contract phone can't make outgoing calls. Eventually get to speak to an 02 nursetyin informs me that the reason i can't make outgoing calls is because my january bill hasn't been said. Tried to explain that january's bill wouldn't be with me until around the 18th and that a mistake has been made. 02 muppet then tells me no bar will be lifted until january's bill is said. Then thanked me for paying december's bill. What training do they give these pricks?

They dont sound like a serius company even if they are realy big and trusted. If i was you i would changed them out with another operator.

yeah i think everyones regional call centre is up north, even though im in london, also I recently called up o2 to cancel my contract, and the most satisfaction you can get is telling o2 why i changed to t-mobile, the stupid woman goes and why are you cancellin your contract, well im going to t-mobile because they offer free text's and 750 free minutes, and you dont. satisfaction, maybe they should employ normal people so i can understand them

To be fair all the networks are as bad as each other, and with O2 and Vodafone, it depends on your Service Provider aswell.
