Good day to you!

I would like to make this call to all GLOBE PREPAID and TOUCH MOBILE USERS:

If you can join us in a BOYCOTT of AUTOLOAD MAX, please do.

All you have to do is NOT to avail of Globe & Touch Mobile's electronic reload service ("jakamawatan...").

If you need to reload, then please buy the card instead.
P100 or P300 for Globe.
P50 or P100 or P200 or P300 for Touch Mobile.

Why are we asking you to do this?
FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

1) Globe's AUTOLOAD MAX is VERY UNRELIABLE.
--> Fact:
I'm a retailer of Globe Autoload.
When Globe introduced the Autoload service, I was one of the first to buy the retailer SIM card.
Believe me, since then, I had THIRTEEN (13) encounters wherein the load requested by the customer did not arrive on time. The last encounter just happened last night.
DELAYED arrival of the prepaid credits to the customer's account.

2) Give mercy to the Autoload retailers.
--> Fact:
Because of the delay of the load transfer, NAPAPAHIYA ang retailer.
I would understand you. Syempre nagbayad ka, gusto mo, makuha mo agad yung load. I know cos it's just the natural reaction.

3) GLOBE's SYSTEM causes MISUNDERSTANDING between the CUSTOMER and the RETAILER.
--> Fact:
In the 13 encounters I had of these system failures of Globe Autoload, this is what happens:
a) Customer requests for the load.
b) I (retailer) goes with the process of reloading the customer's celfone
c) I (retailer) RECEIVES the CONFIRMATION MESSAGE of "SUCCESSFUL RELOAD" of prepaid credits to customer's account and the corresponding deduction to my retailer account. Syempre, sisingilin ko na yung customer ko.
d) Dito nag-uumpisa ang problem. The customer would experience any of the two situations:
1) The customer receives a message that "THERE HAS BEEN A DELAY IN TRANSFERING PREPAID CREDITS TO UR ACCT..."
2) The customer WILL NOT receive any confirmation at all. And the same situation in #1 will follow.

Now, BE 1 OF US! Join us by BOYCOTTING Globe's AUTOLOAD MAX.

If u realy want to stay on Globe or Touch, then just buy the prepaid card.
If you don't wanna stay on Globe or Touch, it would be even better if you just swap to Talk 'N Text or Smart Buddy. Maganda ang signal, mabilis ang GPRS, mabilis pa mag e-load.
In all the 9 months na nagbebenta ako ng Smart/TNT e-load, once or twice lang yata ako naka-experience ng DELAY.

Now, if you had the same experience with Globe Autoload (as a Customer or as a Retailer), then please post it here.
I would like to see how many people had the same experiences as I did.
Thank you.

Another one bites the dust huh ??? That's why I also posted a thread - 'Whatever Happened to Globe Telecom ?' Now I hope that my detractors understood my point of posting it. Maybe it's just that they really haven't 'mastered' the trade yet . . . Just like that of Smart ! Hope they'll get back on their knees and start making up for the lost time and trust of their ever loyal subscribers too.

This is so unacceptable. You not only damage the consumers but retailers who are business partners. Though I am not a retailer I fully understand the situation you are since I am deal with retailers in my work. INTEGRITY is what counts between a supplier and a retailer. Both ways, the retailer pays the orders on time while the supplier delivers the goods in perfect working condition. In this case Globe totally disregards their integrity with their business partners. How can they be so negligent? It is a good thing I read this thread because my aunt owns a sari-sari store and was asking about this service. Well I know what feedback to give her.

That's precisely why I have not started selling credits through Globe... their system still s u c k s big time... not only do you lose money and customers, you lose also the name you have built through time.

I've had problems with my Smart retailer sim but ALL of them were resolved right away.

Mas stable na ang Smart. I've been an Eload retailer for almost 4 months now.

I've also experienced delays, but in fairness to Globe, any prepaid load purchased by the customer and got affected by the delay was still given to the customer.
