When I charge my new T630 I usually have it in standby mode (I mean it's on and working). The message "Optimized charging" appears and the battery indicator starts changing status periodically. After a while it shows full and I assume that the battery has been fully charged (it may have shown a message that I didn't notice).
If the phone is off and not working, the message is not "Optimized charging" (I think it's "Charging" nut I'm not sure).
Does the fact that the phone is on or off during its baterry charging affect the battery standby time ? If yes, which kind of charging is better and how big would the difference in standby time be?
I'm new to the SE world (and new to Esato too) so I'd really appreciate your help.
Thank you all in advance.

it doesn't affect the standby time at all. it just takes a little bit longer to fully charge under 'optimized charging'.

I have noticed that if I charge my T68i in off-mode, the phone menu shows more standby hours (after I switch it on again).
