I have installed edoom on my p900, great conversion but now I want to get rid of it. I have removed the WAD files from the "DOOM" directory on the memory stick and then gone to "applications >> unistall >> selected edoom >> then clicked unistall". It attempts to unistall, then comes back with the following error..
"A problem occured during the unistallation.
Access denied."
Please can anyone tell me how I unistall this app....?
Cheers
Pickle

Use "Fileman" and delete any file/folder containing the word doom. Basicaly, to remove Edoom from your "Uninstall" list, there's a folder called Install. YOu should see an edoom file and delete it.

@carlsberg - I'll have a go at deleting all of the files... hope it works.
@john-se - Go to
http://www.yipton.demon.co.uk/content.html and download the latest Edoom sis file, and install as usual. Then go to google and do a search for "edoom wad files", alternatively you can see if these wad files work -
http://perso.wanadoo.fr/harry.d/lxdoom.html#p900.
Put those into your "documents/DOOM" directory and away you go (on the memory card is fine).

I am using eDoom aswell, amazing game, and it runs so well on the phone (once you get used to the controls, perservere and you will).
The two wad files you are after are Doom1.wad and Doom3.wad these two in the doom directory of documents give you full access to "Ultimate Doom" this is the last and best version of the game.
I found the two wads i needed on a site about doom for pda's

okay, some info on eDoom. First the WAD files together are about 7-8 Megs. You need to copy them into the documents\DOOM directory (if on C:) and Media Files\documents\DOOM if using the memory stick.
Controling is a bit awkward. You use the camera button to fire and the Internet button to open doors. Navigation is done by moving the stylus up for forward, back for back etc.
To start the game you need to select (New Game) and then clicking on the Enter button on the top left.
Hope this helps
