Two questions
1. Is there anyway to change the icon to sman i hate that arse.
2. Why does the message "No snapshot to load" shows everytime I start the Program?

For the first question i can't give an answer...
But the second:
The snaphot is a "tasks photo" (as you can see the 4th camera icon to do it).
With this virtual photo you can decide which tasks to keep or to kill with "flipclose flus" option.

Sorry, but you can't change the application icon. Other have tried by replacing the SMan's .aif with an older version of SMan but that would result in certain features not working.
