Hi! I'm a Mac user trying to recompress some QT files to mp4.
I scaled to 176x144 and got a viewable 25ff file using quicktime pro. (Img is quite good, but the tilm doesn't run that smoothly. My guess is that I set kbits/sec too high). Any suggestions on the "ulitmate setting" for this? (I have access to pc in worst case...)

Video: 126 kbit/s, 25fps, Keyframe every 24 (have no idea what a keyframe is!)
Audio: Mono 22.050kHz at 20 kbit/s
Seems fine/ok for the P900 screen...

Thank you mac user no. 2 in this forum... I'll try lowering by bitrate a bit. (I've no intentions of going 15ff). I haven't had time to play around with Cleaner6 yet, but that might help a bit... If ya have anyfilms to share feel free... (I have mostly commercials but also a 2 min. german shmut film that seems to scare away most girls at the bar) Take care/
