I am trying to sync with IR.
I want to copy my contacts in Outlook to the phone.
First everything seemed to work good. But since the phone memory was full the sync was interupted. Now I have copied all images on the phone to the computer so there should be memory for the contacts. But when I try to sync nothing happens. The text say "initialization" (in italian Inizializzazione in corso - I don't know exactly what the english version is) and nothing happens.

Reinstalled Office (including Outlook).
Reinstalled PC Suite.
It worked. It's incredible that it always is so hard to make these things work .
