Why is it that when I connect the phone the green light in the deck station turns on and the software runs,and tells me to choose a new name for the phone,but the problem begins here when whatever name I choose it will say "name already exists choose another" when infact it I never used this program b4,its the pc suite one.
please help me on this,thank you !
