Hello
I have just brough a P800 today brand new and i have come across a weird problem.
When someone calls me the phone doesn't ring at all also it will not play MP3's or videos. Is there something wrong with my phone or have i just missed something?? It does make click sounds on the screen and pressing buttons also when calling someone the speaker will ring.

ok when you open the flip ther's a litlle sound icon below, press it and you will see a bar, pull it all the way to the right and be sure that you don't have your phone on mute...
i hope this helps i thought that you didn't find it because you just bought the phone....

music videos i see a quick pic then get the message Error Unable to play clip. I know the speaker works because i got it working earlier as i had the problem when i took it out of the box and it is brand new.
I have made sure the phone is not on slient but is there another setting it could be on??
