How do you change the default answer phone number set to the button "1"?

For some reasons, my phone resets.. and then I tried the answer phone key... it was asking me to input the answer phone number ... (seemed to have lost it after that reset) and then I entered one without the international dialling code +44 ... etc. I would like to put it back in but I don't know how to edit that number... for that key.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I got Orange to reset mine... called customer services and they did it from their end.
Try calling your own provider and ask them if they do it ?
Good luck.

I tried callng orange... but they cannot help. Tried it 3 times, and they gave me 3 different answers!

I tried looking at messaing > options ... but there is no entry there allowing me to change the number! Possibly Orange has removed that option!

That's basically what I am after... I had that "prompt" before ... i didn't know what to do and asked the orange shop guy to help and he put in the orange answer number 07973 100123, instead of the international one +447973100123. So now when roaming I cannot press and hold key 1 to dial to my answer phone because my phone always dial 07973100123!!! There is no option in the menu to change that back and I did check the proper handset manual downloaded from SonyEricsson and orange has seemed to have removed that changing option!?!!?

The number must be stored somewhere on my sim... I think but then I cannot access the original "promt" that I had to change it. Can anyone help? I have tried master resets several times but it doesn't help... very annoying.
