> i can't access to menu using flip (P800)

I'm jong from PHILIPPINES
PLEASE HELP ME..
i just buy my P800 last few week ago.. however some wrong;
1. can't access menu using my flip or jog dial.
2. MP3 stops - song dosn't continue when i close flip.
3. battery run fast to drain.
4.but i can make a call through flip.
5. most of it hangs up when i try to use flip, and a viewsrc code error display.

1. when you have the flip on theres only possibility to access contacts and the shortcuts on your menu
2. the flip was meant to open up and close apps faster - if you want to play mp3's then i suggest you keep the flip open(bit awkward) or take the flip off altogether
3. did you charge initially for 16hrs? thats what it normally takes for a brand new phone from a warehouse to charge fully
5. update your software i believe its a app problem or your phone is faulty - send it back and get a replacement
