When i first installed the connection suite and drivers and plugged my phone into the dock, it all worked perfectly. however now it will only show fhe connecting symbol on my pc, but even after hours it never connects properly. i have reinstalled the software and drivers many times, yet it still doesnt work. might it be that i am choosing the wrong drivers? if so which are the correct ones?
an information would be greatly appreciated

your phone cable setting might be set to modem and not PC Connect.

yeah it was on modem setting, however when changed back to pc connect it still only shows it is in the connecting phase. should maybe i now try to reinstall the software again?

maybe you could try rebooting both the pc and the phone first. if that won't work, then the last resort would be to reinstall the suite.

Double click on the connection arrow and check that usb box is checked and on which port. Then go to your control panel and check that said com port is enabled. You could then, if this does not work, check the availability of com ports in device manager, but if it does not work this far then you may have a more serious problem

ive done what u said, bt i disconnected the cable, put my phone in the dock then reconnected the cable...
and VOILA it worked!!!
