I assume you are using agile on P900. You will have to do this using Fileman fro Symbianware.com.
Delete the following folders/files:
c:/documents/agilemessenger/
c:/system/app/agilemessenger/
c:/system/install/agilemessenger.sis
and/or:
d:/system/app/agilemessenger/
d:/system/install/agilemessenger.sis
Hope this helps.
You may want to back up both phone and mem stick before you do this.

bit offtopic but, why wouldn't this prog work?
it cannot connect to ICQ, MSN, or Y!......
it just says (after a long long time) "problem with gprs settings", i am sure i use a full internet gprs connection, and i recieve the same message when i am connected to the internet via my pc.......
