> Adapter for my t610 for travelling
Bookmark topic
Hi, i am for heading out to south east asia next week and taking my phone with me. I am for getting a travel adapter to be able to change my charger from a 3 pin to a 2 pin plug. However i read somewhere that you night need to have a voltage converter also. Is this true for my phone, and where would i buy one? I am living in the uk.

You don't need any voltage converter. The chager has full voltage range.
The UK 3 Pin is also the standard for Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and should also be for Thailand and India if I am not wrong.
If you come to China mainland, You need another 3 pin or 2 pin adaptor. The 3 pin connction is the same as Australia standard.
For Macau, it should be 3 pin(round pin).
Philippines? No idea.
Nice trip and take care!

You shouldn't need a voltage converter, since the charger you have should be universal voltage. You can confirm that by looking at the label, it should say 110-240AC
Both voltage converters (if you really need one) and plug adapters are available at travel accessories stores, or Radio Shack. But they are a LOT cheaper in Asia.
You may want to consider getting a micro travel charger instead... they come in flat and round 2-pin versions. Most hotel provide 2 pin sockets in their rooms.

Also consider getting a USB charger connected to a laptop if you are taking one.
